  21. ‚Ä¢ Choose categories quickly with a category pop-up menu.

Hold down the Option key and click on a selected time entry.  A pop-up category menu appears where you can quickly change categories (see figure below).   The category selected applies to all selected time entries.  However, if you hold down the Command key and Option key when changing categories, the change applies only to the time entry you click on.

  36. ‚Ä¢ Bypass exporting TimeTracker data and importing into a database by selecting the desired time entries, select Copy from the Edit menu, open your database or spreadsheet program, and select Paste.

  38. ‚Ä¢ Delete the file ‚ÄúTimeTracker Prefs‚Äù located in the Preferences folder within the System folder if TimeTracker starts crashing.  Note that has the side effect of also deleting your Category list, but that can easily be rebuilt.
